About

I'm a product designer with eight years at a restaurant & hospitality SaaS company. I grew into design from a technical-support role, was the company's first dedicated designer, and set up its first UX research practice.

I've shipped across every module of a large platform and its Manager, Cover and Clocking apps. I've mentored interns, run stakeholder demos, and owned the hardest, highest-leverage parts of the design system. My background is in marketing and economics, which is where the business-minded side of my design comes from.

Marketing also taught me that everything starts with understanding the people on the other side, and that's what pulled me towards research. It became the part of the work I've grown most into. I brought it into our process and owned it end to end: planning studies, recruiting participants, running usability tests and user surveys, and turning what we learned into design decisions. To sharpen it, I completed Uxcel's UX Research certification, covering methods, interviewing, analysis and research deliverables.
